With the pulling season coming to a close it is time for rule clarifications and the end of 2013 celebration for another GREAT year. The Board of Directors and Tech for MSTTPA meeting will be on Nov. 3, 2013 at 10:00 AM at Jeff’s Catering. The Board of Directors for MSTTPA meeting will be held on SATURDAY, November 23, 2013 at 9:00 AM at Bangor Motor Inn. All MSTTPA Board of directors are urged to attend.
ALL RULE CHANGES EFFECTIVE FOR 2013 PULLING SEASON, NO RULE CHANGES ACCEPTED FOR THE NEXT 3 YEARS UNLESS 75% OF THE CLASS AGREES IN WRITING AND HAS BROUGHT FORWARD TO THE MSTTPA SECRETARY WHAT RULES THEY WOULD LIKE TO CHANGE.ANY AND ALL RULE CHANGES HAVE TO BE IN TO ME BY OCT 31 AT A REASONABLE TIME TO BE CONSIDERED FOR DISCUSSION, NOT MIDNIGHT ON THE 31ST! ANY SAFETY ISSUE CAN BE IMPLEMENTED BY THE EXECUTIVE OFFICERS AND/OR THE BOARD OFE DIRECTORS AT ANY TIME.
The General membership meeting will be held November 23, 2013 at Bangor Motor Inn on Hogan Rd in Bangor, Maine at 11:00 AM downstairs at the Motor Inn. Membership renewal will also be available Nov.23th for the 2014 pulling season.

Banquet tickets are $35.00 per person. Due to the fact that a head count is needed to be confirmed a week before the banquet. ALL tickets must be purchased at least a week before. NOT THE DAY OR NIGHT OF THE BANQUET!!!!!!
The 2013 MSTTPA Banquet will be held at Bangor Motor Inn, happy hour will start at 5:00pm with dinner at 6:00 and awards to follow. Music will be DJ by Dana LaVertue with the big screen so anyone with CDs of pulling may want to bring them for all to see.

Also we will need door prizes, auction items, and items for the raffle so please everyone bring something for either or both as prizes.
